- For the batter
- 1 Banana
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 6 ozs Pastry flour
- 1 packet Chocolate pudding powder
- 2 tsps Baking powder
- 1 egg
- 3 tsps Vanilla sugar
- 2 ozs vegetable oil
- 3 ½ ozs Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 3 Tbsps milk
- For dusting
- powdered sugar
Preparation steps

For the batter, peel and dice the banana. Mix with the lemon juice and honey. Mix the flour, baking powder and pudding mix. Mix the egg, vanilla sugar and oil. Mix in the yogurt. Mix the flour mixture and the milk into the egg mixture. Fold in the banana mixture.

Grease 24 muffin tins with butter or line the wells with paper baking cups. Pour the batter into the wells. Bake for about 15 minutes at 180°C / 350°F. Remove form the oven and let cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
