12 ripe Beefsteak tomato (roughly chopped)
2 cloves garlic cloves (roughly chopped)
1 tsp Chili flakes
2 Tbsps Tomato paste
½ finely chopped Cucumber
8 Ice

Preparation steps

1.
Place the tomatoes, garlic, chilli flakes and tomato paste in a blender and blend until smooth.
2.
Pass through a fine sieve, season with sea salt and pepper and pour into serving bowls.
3.
Serve the gazpacho garnished with the chopped cucumber and ice cubes.
