- 1 Cucumber (halved)
- 2 ¼ cups Bulgarian Yogurt (well chilled)
- ⅞ cup Buttermilk (well chilled)
- 1 handful Dill (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (chopped)
- ⅓ cup Walnut (roughly chopped)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

Using a potato peeler or a vegetable slicer, cut four long, thin slices from the cucumber and thread them onto wooden skewers in a wave. Peel and dice the remaining cucumber.

Place the yoghurt and the butter milk in a bowl and add the cucumber, dill, garlic, walnuts and a pinch of salt. Stir in the oil and around 250 ml ice cold water until the desired consistency is achieved.
3.
Season with lemon juice, salt and ground black pepper, transfer to chilled bowl and serve garnished with the cucumber skewers.
