2 Chicken breasts (about 150 grams)
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 red Bell pepper
1 Cucumber
4 Lettuce (such as romaine lettuce)
1 garlic clove
1 Avocado
150 grams Sour cream
3 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)
½ Lime (juice)
salt
1 pinch ground cilantro
4 Whole-wheat tortillas

Preparation steps

Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry and saute in hot oil for 8-10 minutes. Remove from the pan and allow to cool slightly. Rinse and cut the peppers into small cubes. Rinse the cucumber, peel, halve lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and cut into small cubes. Rinse the lettuce, shake dry and cut into smaller pieces, if necessary.

Peel the garlic. Halve the avocado, remove the pit and skin. Puree the avocado pulp with the sour cream, yogurt, garlic and lime juice. Season with salt and cilantro. 

Cut the chicken breasts into cubes or slices. Mix half of the guacamole with the pepper, cucumber and chicken.

Warm the tortillas in a dry pan for about 30 seconds on each side. Spread the remaining guacamole on the tortilla. Spread the lettuce on top. Cover with the chicken and vegetable mixture. Roll up and serve immediately.
