- 2 Chicken breasts
- 200 grams Broccoli
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 400 grams shiitake mushrooms
- 1 chili pepper
- ⅓ Lemongrass (peeled, ends trimmed)
- 1 tsp ginger (finely grated)
- Chili sauce (sweet Sour)
- Light soy sauce

Preparation steps
1.
Cook broccoli in boiling salted water until al dente, about 4 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain.

Rinse the chicken, pat dry and cut into strips.
3.
Trim mushrooms stems and cut caps into slices.
4.
Slice chile pepper and lemongrass into thin rings.
5.
Stir-fry chicken in hot oil briefly, then add mushrooms, ginger, lemongrass, chile pepper and broccoli. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes. Season with chili sauce and soy sauce to taste and serve in bowls.
