Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
Rinse the sprouts and drain well. Rinse the bell peppers, cut in half and then into thin strips. Peel and rinse the carrots and the zucchini and also cut into thin strips.
Peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic. Sauté together in a wok in some oil until translucent. Add the vegetables and fry for 2-3 minutes while stirring.
Rinse the noodles, drain well and add to the wok. Scatter the sprouts over and fry everything briefly.
Season well and serve with the soy sauce and chili sauce.
