- 2 Chicken breasts
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 200 grams green Beans
- 2 Tbsps black Olives (pitted)
- 4 Tbsps green Olives (pitted)
- 1 small bunch Arugula
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat vegetable oil in pan and sauté chicken for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Remove, let cool slightly, and cut into strips.

Rinse green beans and cook in plenty of salted, boiling water about 10 minutes. Drain.
3.
Chop the black olives.
4.
Rinse and dry the arugula.
5.
Mix the vinegar with the olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add dressing to rest of ingredients. Serve salad in bowls.
