Ingredients

For the chicken
500 grams Chicken breasts
1 onion
1 egg
4 slices Toast (day-old)
50 milliliters Whipped cream
¼ bunch fresh mint
salt
peppers
ground paprika (sweet)
3 Tbsps clarified butter
For the salad
4 Iceberg lettuce
1 bunch fresh mint
2 untreated Limes

Preparation steps

1.

For the chicken meatballs: peel onion. Cut bread into cubes and soak in cream. Rinse mint, shake dry and chop finely.

2.

Rinse and pat dry chicken, ground through the chilled meat grinder. Add onion, mint, bread cubes, egg and spices to ground chicken and knead well.

3.

Make 12 meatballs out of meat mixture. Heat clarified butter in a pan and cook meatballs for about 4 minutes per side or until golden borwn on all sides.

Rinse lime under hot water and cut into wedges. Rinse lettuce and garnish with fresh mint and lime wedges. Serve chicken meatballs with salad.
