- 4 Chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 100 grams Radish
- 1 Cucumber
- 4 Pickled cucumbers (gherkins)
- 200 grams Corn kernel (canned)
- 4 Tomatoes
- 50 grams Bean sprout
- 2 Tbsps sour Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped Dill
- lemon juice
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)

Preparation steps

Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry, season with salt and pepper and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Take off from the heat and let cool in the pan. Then cut the chicken breast into thin strips.

For the vegetable salad, rinse, trim and slice the radishes. Peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and dice. Cut the cornichons (gherkins) into small cubes. Drain the corn kernels. Rinse the tomatoes, cut the stalks out and dice.

Combine all the salad ingredients in a bowl and mix well with cooked chicken breast strips, sour cream, yogurt, lemon juice and dill. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
