- 250 grams small button Mushroom
- 3 Tbsps butter
- 250 milliliters Chicken broth (instant)
- Darker sauce thickener (mix)
- 300 grams Snow peas

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and sauté in a pan in 1 tablespoon hot clarified butter. Cook on each side for about 5 minutes.

Peel onion and cut into rings. Clean mushrooms and thinly slice.

In another pan, heat remaining butter and sauté the onions about 3 minutes, until translucent. Add mushrooms. Then make the gravy (according to package instructions) with the broth and add to the pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. At the same time, cook the snow peas in salted boiling water for about 4 minutes, then drain. Top the chicken breasts with mushroom sauce and serve with snow peas.
