- 4 Chicken breasts
- 1 bunch Basil
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 Tbsps lemon juice
- 3 Tbsps sunflower oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 3 hardboiled eggs
- 1 bunch parsley
- Chives (1 bunch)
- Dill (1 bunch)
- Chervil (1 handful)
- Borage (1 handful)
- Sorrel (1 handful)
- Salad burnet (1 handful)
- 2 sprigs Tarragon
- 1 sprig Lovage
- 250 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 150 grams Sour cream
- 2 tsps Dijon mustard

Preparation steps
1.
Cut pockets into chicken breasts. Cut basil leaves into strips. Peel garlic, press and mix with basil and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

Fill chicken breasts with basil mixture.
3.
Wrap with kitchen twine. Brush chicken with 2 tablespoons oil and season with salt and pepper.

For the sauce, rinse herbs, shake dry, pluck leaves and finely chop.
5.
Mix yogurt with sour cream and mustard. Peel eggs and chop very finely. Beat eggs with remaining lemon juice and remaining oil. Add to yogurt mixture and season with salt and pepper. Stir in herbs.
6.
Grill chicken breasts on each side for about 5 minutes. Serve chicken with sauce.
