- ⅔ cup Sour cream
- 3 Tbsps fresh Lime juice
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp ground Cumin
- fresh cilantro to taste (finely chopped)
- 2 stalks Celery (rinsed; trimmed and diced)
- 2 cups cooked, diced chicken
- ⅓ cup Corn kernel
- 4 Tortillas (burrito size)

Preparation steps

In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, lime juice, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, and cilantro; whisk to combine. Add the celery and chicken to the sour cream mixture. Stir until the chicken is well coated. Fold in the corn, cover and chill until ready to serve.

Spoon the chilled chicken salad inside the tortillas. Fold up the ends and roll each wrap. Slice in half on the diagonal and serve.
