Preparation steps
1.
Put the chicken into a pan with 300ml/1 1/4 cups water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes until the chicken is tender.

Add the frozen mixed vegetables and cook for 3 more minutes.
3.
Add the couscous, turn off the heat and leave for a few minutes for the water to be absorbed.
4.
Stir in the butter and serve.
