1 roll Puff pastry dough from the refrigerated section, about 30 x 40 cm (approximately 12 x 16 inches)

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Rinse the herbs, shake dry, pluck off the leaves and chop finely. Mix the herbs with the cheese. Roll out the puff pastry and cut lengthwise into 2 strips. Sprinkle with the cheese, roll into a cylinder and cut into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) wide slices. Place the slices on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes until golden. Remove, cool and serve.
