- 200 grams grated Cheese (such as Edam, Tilsit)
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 2 Tomatoes
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps scallions
- 100 grams Pistachio (chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Mix grated cheese with the cream cheese.
2.
Dip tomatoes in boiling hot water. Rinse in cold water, peel, quarter, core and dice finely.
3.
Add tomatoes along with the chives to the cheese mixture and season with pepper. Shape into small balls and roll in the pistachios. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
