3 medium-sized potatoes
½ cup melted butter
3.333 cups flour
1 packet Baking powder
salt
freshly ground Black pepper
¾ cup sheep cheese
2 Tbsps chopped parsley
1 egg yolk

Preparation steps

Peel the potatoes and cook in boiling salted water for about 25 minutes. Drain and press through a potato ricer while still hot. Add the butter, flour, baking powder, salt and pepper to the potatoes and knead to a dough. Divide into two halves and on a floured working surface roll out each half about 0.5 cm thick. Cut each piece into 10 triangles.

Crumble the sheep’s cheese and mix with the parsley. Put one teaspoon sheep’s cheese on the wide side of each triangle and roll up. Brush with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven (200°) for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
