Preparation steps

1.

Lightly toast white bread slices. Fry bacon in a nonstick pan until crisp. Rinse lettuce and tomato and dry. Cut off tomato ends and cut into thick slices.

On 2 slices of bread, place 2 pieces of bacon (each), 1 tomato slice and 1 slice of cheese. Grill briefly in the oven until cheese melts. Place lettuce on top and cover with remaining slices of bread.
