- 2 cups Cooked chicken (diced)
- 1 rib Celery (rinsed and diced; leaves reserved)
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp fresh Tarragon (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps dried Cranberry (roughly chopped)
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- ½ cup Mayonnaise (or as desired)
- Grissini (breadsticks) to serve
Preparation steps

In a medium bowl, combine diced chicken, diced celery, lemon juice, tarragon, and cranberries. Toss to incorporate and season to taste with salt and pepper. Fold in mayonnaise until the desired consistency is achieved. Garnish with reserved celery leaves. Serve with grissini (breadsticks).
