- 80 grams Cauliflower (precooked)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- parsley (to sprinkle)

Preparation steps
1.
Beat eggs with 1 tablespoon water and season with salt and pepper. Pour into a pan with hot butter, top with cauliflower and cook over medium heat.
2.
Drizzle with lemon juice, cover and cook until surface of omelet is set. Serve garnished with parsley.
