Preparation steps

1.

Rinse fish and pat dry. Peel potatoes and slice into very thin slices. Season fish with salt and pepper and cover skin side with potato slices. Season with salt and slowly fry, potato-side down, in a pan with 2 tablespoons oil until golden brown, 4-5 minutes.

2.

Peel cucumber, remove seeds and cut into pieces. Fry in remaining hot oil, season with salt and pour in wine. Let simmer, then stir in cream, dill and sour cream and season to taste with salt and red pepper flakes.

3.

Turn fish over, remove from heat and allow to stand in the hot pan until done, 1-2 minutes.

4.

Arrange vegetables on plate with fish and dill leaves. Season with salt and red pepper flakes and serve.
