4 scallions
400 grams Baby carrot
30 grams butter
125 milliliters dry white wine
2 Tbsps honey

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the scallions, then cut into 6 cm (approximately 2 inch) long pieces. Thinly slice the tops of the scallions, and set aside. Rinse and peel the carrots. Trim the carrot greens, leaving a small amount intact. 

2.

Melt the butter in a pan, and sauté the carrots for 2-3 minutes. Add the white wine and cook for 5 minutes. Add the scallions and honey, and cook another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with the thinly sliced scallions, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
