- 100 milliliters Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- 100 milliliters Buttermilk
- 1 fresh, walnut-sized piece ginger
- 1 tsp honey
- fresh carrots (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Peel the ginger and pass through a garlic press into the blender.

Puree the ginger with the juices, buttermilk, and the honey until completely combined.
