- 1 small, tart Apple (such as Boskop)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 75 milliliters Orange juice
- 2 tsps Sea buckthorn (with honey)
- 75 milliliters Carrot juice (unsweetened)
- Apple (for garnish)
- Lemon balm (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and quarter the apples. Remove the core, and coarsely grate. Add to a blender with the lemon juice, orange juice, and sea buckthorn puree. Puree all the ingredients together until combined.
2.
Mix in the carrot juice, and puree briefly. Transfer to a glass, garnish with the apple slices and lemon balm, and serve.
