80 grams grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, trim and peel carrots. Mince 2 carrots. Thinly slice remaining carrots lengthwise. Combine minced carrot, cooked rice and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

2.

Place 2 slices of carrot on the work surface and top with basil leaves.

3.

Add rice mixture and roll up.

Mince dill and mix with yogurt. Season with salt and pepper.

Plate 3 carrot rolls and serve with sauce.
