16 slices Baguette
3 Tbsps butter
150 grams Carpaccio
16 Quail egg
50 grams button Mushroom
peppers
2 sprigs fresh Chervil

Preparation steps

1.

Butter thin baguette slices and top with beef carpaccio. Heat remaining butter in a pan and fry 16 small quail eggs. Season with salt and pepper and place on the bread.

2.

Trim mushrooms and slice thinly. Rinse chervil, shake dry, pluck leaves from stems. To serve, garnish with mushrooms and chervil.
