- 6 small Pear
- ½ lemon (juiced)
- 4 Tbsps brown sugar
- 100 milliliters Apple juice

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the pears, pat dry and quarter. Drizzle with the lemon juice. Caramelize the sugar in a pan. Deglaze with the apple juice and stir until the caramel has dissolved. Add the pears, remove from the heat and set aside for 3-4 minutes.

Serve in small glass serving bowls.
