- 800 grams mixed Mushrooms (such as, button mushrooms)
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Juniper berries
- 1 tsp peppercorns
- 1 tsp Mustard seed
- 2 rosemary
- 4 fresh bay leaves
- 200 milliliters Herb vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Sea salt
Preparation steps

1. Wipe the mushrooms with a paper towel, rinse and cut into thin slices. Peel and halve the garlic.

2. Boil the vinegar with the sea salt, bay leaves, rosemary, pepper, juniper and about 400 ml of water (approximately 1 1/2 cups).

3. Add the mushrooms. Boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.

4. Pour into the prepared jars. The mushrooms should be completely covered with liquid.

5. Close the lid tightly and turn upside down. Allow to cool slightly and then turn back the right way and allow to cool down completely.
