- 500 grams Ground beef
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 shallot
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Tbsp Macadamia Nuts (chopped)
- Balsamic glaze
- Radicchio
- Watercress
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Halve the burger buns.

Peel and finely chop the shallot.
3.
Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water. Remove from the water, cut into quarters, remove the core, and finely dice. Mix the tomatoes with the nuts, shallots, and garlic. Mix into the meat and season with salt and pepper. Cook under the broiler for 3-4 minutes on each side. Brush each side with the balsamic.
4.
Rinse and trim the radicchio and watercress. Place the radicchio on the bottom halves of the buns. Top with the burgers and the watercress, then finish with the top halves of the buns. Serve immediately.
