- 6 dried Pear
- 150 milliliters Cider
- 1 small Savoy cabbage
- 1 bunch Soup vegetables (such as carrot, leek, parsnip or other aromatic vegetables such as celery or onion)
- 1 onion
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 clear Beef broth
- 500 grams Pork belly
- 4 Boiled sausages
- salt
- freshly ground pepper

Preparation steps

Chop the pears. Heat cider in a pot and pour over the pears. Let stand. Trim cabbage, rinse and chop. Trim, rinse and chop soup vegetables. Peel and dice onion. Heat oil in a large saucepan. Sauté onion until soft. Add cabbage and sauté for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Add soup vegetables and pears. Pour in broth and bring to a boil. Add pork and boiled sausages. Cook over moderate heat for 50-60 minutes. Season soup with salt and pepper. Slice pork belly into pieces and serve with the stew.
