1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsps hot water
3 Tbsps Avocado oil
For the salad
1 small Red cabbage (shredded)
6 cups curly Kale (chopped)
2 carrots (shredded)
1 ½ cups Fava bean (shelled)
1 red pepper (diced)
1 yellow pepper (diced)
1 bunch cilantro (leaves picked)
½ cup Cashews
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
