- 4 Multi-grain roll
- 1 Beefsteak tomato
- 4 Lettuce
- 2 Avocados
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Crème fraiche
- salt

- 400 grams mixed Ground meat
- 1 tsp medium-hot Mustard
- 1 egg
- 8 Jalapeño

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the rolls in half horizontally. Rinse the tomatoes, hull and thinly slice. Rinse the lettuce and shake dry.

Cut the avocados in half and pit. Thinly slice the flesh of 1 avocado, arrange on a plate and sprinkle with 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice. Cut the second avocado into small cubes and purée with the crème fraîche and remaining lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

For the burger patties: Combine the ground meat, mustard and egg, season with salt and pepper and then shape into 4 patties. Grill for about 4 minutes per side.

Spread the guacamole over the bottom buns, top with lettuce, burger patties, tomatoes and sliced avocado. Cover with the top buns and serve with the jalapeños.
