- 1 shallot
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 2 Tbsps honey
- Oranges
- 250 grams Chestnuts (Chestnuts, cooked, vacuum packed)
- freshly grated Nutmeg

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the brussel sprouts according to instructions in lightly salted water.
2.
Peel the shallots and chop finely. Heat the butter and saute the shallots in the butter. Add the honey and orange juice and stir. Add the chestnuts and stir into the honey mixture.
3.
Drain the brussel sprouts and mix with the chestnuts. Season with salt and nutmeg.
