2 Tbsps butter
80 milliliters dry white wine
80 milliliters chicken stock
colorful, shredded peppers
1 Tbsp white Balsamic glaze

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the brussels sprouts. Halve lengthwise and blanch for 15 minutes in boiling salted water. Rinse under cold water, and drain well. 

2.

Sauté the chestnuts in a hot pan with melted butter. Add the brussels sprouts, then pour in the wine and stock. Simmer gently, then stir in the balsamic crema. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
