4 Tbsps olive oil
150 grams Goat cheese
60 grams black Olives (pitted)
paprika (100 g red and yellow pickled)
½ bunch Basil

Preparation steps

Cut the baguette into 20 slices, then brush with a little olive oil. Peel the garlic and cut in half. Rub the bread with the cut sides of the garlic. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Toast in a 200°C (approximately 400°F) oven for about 5 minutes.

Dry the peppers, and julienne. Quarter the olives. Remove the leaves of the basil, chop finely, and mix with the peppers, olives, and oil from the peppers. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Top the baguette slices with the pepper mixture. Garnish with goat cheese, and serve.
