Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the tomatoes, cut into quarters, remove seeds and dice. Drain artichoke hearts and cut into slightly smaller pieces. Cut prosciutto into thin strips, trimming off fat from edges.

2.

Cut slices of bread in half, place on a baking sheet and toast in a preheated oven at 220°C (approximately 425°F). Remove from oven and drizzle with olive oil. Combine all of the prepared topping ingredients, season with a little salt and pepper and spread on the bread slices.

3.

Cut mozzarella into slices, place on the bread and bake briefly in the oven until the cheese begins to melt. Serve immediately.
