- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 3 Tbsps dark cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cups semi-sweet or dark Chocolate chip
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- 2 tsps vanilla extract

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large saucepan, set over low heat, add butter, cocoa, oil and chocolate chips. Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool.

In a small mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla together. Gradually add dry ingredients to egg mixture, mixing well. Add the cooled chocolate mixture and beat well.

Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing at least 1-inch apart (dough will be thin, more like batter). Bake for 10 minutes, middle will be soft. Cool slightly on baking sheets; remove to wire racks to cool completely. Serve.
