- 100 milliliters Coconut milk (unsweetened)
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 Broccoli
- 50 grams slivered almonds
- 3 Tbsps White vinegar

Preparation steps

Soak sticky rice overnight (for about 12 hours) in cold water. Drain well in colander, mix with coconut milk and season with salt. Put in saucepan and add water to a height of about 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) above rice. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and cook rice, covered, until water is completely absorbed, about 20 minutes. Uncover and cool.

Rinse broccoli, cut off florets and blanch in boiling salted water for about 6 minutes. Lightly toast sliced almonds in a dry skillet. Drain broccoli and combine with vinegar and almonds. Shape sticky rice into balls, place broccoli and rice balls on plates and serve.
