2 stalks Celery

200 grams Goat cheese
200 grams Whipped cream
1 Tbsp butter
cayenne pepper
2 Tbsps slivered almonds

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the broccoli and cut into florets. Cut off the stems, peel and cut into small dice. Rinse the celery and cut into thin slices. Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain.

Rinse the apricots and cook in boiling water for a few seconds. Rinse, peel, cut in half and remove the pit. Cut into narrow wedges.

Crumble goat cheese and mix with the cream.

Cook the broccoli and celery in butter. Add salt and cook for about 3-4 minutes. Place in a greased casserole dish. Add half the cream and cheese. Add the apricots and season with salt and pepper. Pour the remaining cream over and sprinkle with almonds. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 25 minutes.
