- salt
- 4 Tomatoes
- 250 grams Wheat grain (such as Ebly)
- 2 Red onions
- 150 grams Feta
- 1 organic lemon
- 50 grams black Olives (pitted)
- freshly ground peppers
- 50 grams black Olives
- 50 grams green Olives
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Blanch broad beans in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain. Rinse and halve tomatoes. Cut into thin slices. Cook wheat according to package instructions, drain and cool in a colander.
2.
Peel red onions and cut into strips. Cut feta into small cubes. Rinse lemon in hot water, grate zest. Halve lemon and squeeze juice from one half. Slice pitted olives.
3.
Mix all prepared ingredients, except lemon juice, in a large bowl. Just before serving, drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with whole olives.
