- 4 Cod (à 160 grams)
- 3 Tbsps Horseradish (jarred)
- 2 scallions
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped Cress
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped Dill
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 75 grams breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground white peppers

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 220°C (approximately 425°F).

Rinse the fish fillets, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and coat with the horseradish. Rinse and thinly slice the scallions and place in a bowl with the chopped herbs, breadcrumbs and the oil and season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture on the fillets and bake until golden brown about 10 minutes.
