6 Tomatoes

Preparation steps

Place water in a pot.

Rinse the lettuce, shake dry, trim and cut into wedges. Blanch the tomatoes, rinse, peel, halve and remove the stalk.

Place the lettuce with the tomatoes in the pot, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil, close the pot and place in a cold oven. Simmer for about 1 hour at 200°C (approximately 400°F).

4.

Arrange the lettuce and tomatoes on plates and serve sprinkled with parmesan.
