2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
200 grams Tomatoes (blanched, peeled and chopped)
1 Tbsp soy sauce
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps finely chopped Sage

Preparation steps

1.

In a pan, sauté eggplant and garlic in hot oil.
