4 garlic cloves
4 fresh bay leaves

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the tomatoes on the vine and pat dry.

Heat the oil in a pan. pass the gralic, through a press, and add in with the bay leaves. Add the tomatoes and sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until the skin begins to burst.
