- 22 ozs Cherry tomatoes
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 fresh bay leaves
- Sea salt
Preparation steps
Rinse the tomatoes on the vine and pat dry.
Heat the oil in a pan. pass the gralic, through a press, and add in with the bay leaves. Add the tomatoes and sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until the skin begins to burst.
Season with sea salt and serve immediately.
