1 small Tomato (halved)
3.333 cups mixed Cherry tomatoes (rot and yellow, large and small, halved)
1 shallot (finely chopped)
½ bunch Chervil

Preparation steps

1.
Toast the bread in a frying pan in some oil on both sides until crispy.
2.
Rub the cut side of the tomato onto the bread.
3.
Fry the cherry tomatoes and the shallot in 1 tbsp olive oil and arrange on the bread.
4.
Sprinkle with chervil and season with salt and ground black pepper and serve warm or lukewarm.
