- 600 grams Bologna (or Lyon sausage)
- 200 grams Sliced cheese (such as Edam)
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 2 small red onions
- 2 small white onions
- 150 milliliters lukewarm Beef broth
- 1 tsp grainy Mustard
- 2 Tbsps Fruit Vinegar
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (such as chives, parsley)

- freshly ground peppers
- 1 pinch sugar
- 4 Tbsps Corn oil
Preparation steps

Cut bologna or sausage and cut into thin slices. Cut cheese into small bite-sized pieces or slices. Rinse bell pepper, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into strips. Peel onions and cut into thin rings. Mix all prepared ingredients in a large bowl.

For the marinade, mix broth in a bowl with mustard, vinegar and herbs and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Stir in oil and mix with salad ingredients in the large bowl. Let rest for at least 30 minutes.

Serve if desired with fresh bread.
