- For the mushrooms
- 600 grams brown button Mushroom
- 200 grams Camembert
- 8 slices Whole-grain baguette
- 2 Tbsps butter
- For the dressing
- fresh Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, basil, chives)
- 1 small chili pepper (red)
- 50 milliliters white balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbsps olive oil (extra virgin)
- 3 Tbsps vegetable stock
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps

For the mushrooms, rinse, rub with a paper towel and cut into slices. Cut the camembert cheese into eighths. Rinse the herbs, shake dry and pluck the leaves. For the dressing, mix the oil, vinegar and broth and season with salt and pepper. Rinse the chile, cut lengthwise, remove the seeds and ribs and cut into small cubes. Stir into the dressing.

Distribute the mushrooms onto 4 plates. Place two camembert wedges on each plate and drizzle with the dressing. Spread the baguette slices with butter. Serve immediately.
