Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the berries. Remove from the vine and drain thoroughly. Sprinkle the berries with the cane sugar and let infuse briefly. Rinse the mint leaves, then pat dry. 

2.

Puree the berries with half of the mint leaves, the oats, and the kefir. Pour into glasses, garnish with the remaining mint, and serve immediately.
