1 Banana
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp honey
150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
200 milliliters milk

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the blueberries and drain thoroughly. Set some of the berries aside for garnish. Peel and coarsely chop the banana. Puree the remaining blueberries with the banana, lemon juice, honey, and yogurt in a blender. Incorporate enough milk until the desired consistency has been reached.

Pour the shake into glasses, and serve with straws or spoons. Garnish with the remaining blueberries, and serve.
