- 120 grams small brown Lentils
- 1 Tbsp butter
- ½ l Vegetable broth
- 2 Tbsps Vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Blood sausage
- 300 grams Spinach

Preparation steps

Rinse lentils in cold water and drain well.
2.
Heat butter in a saucepan, add lentils and pour in broth. Cover and cook for about 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add vinegar. Rinse spinach and drain well. Cut blood sausage into slices and fry in a pan, then keep warm. Add spinach to same pan and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve lentils with sausge and spinach on a preheated dish. Garnish with parsley and serve.
