- 250 grams Blackberry
- 500 grams Quark (or mascarpone)
- 150 milliliters milk
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- 100 milliliters Whipped cream

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the blackberries and pat dry. Set 4 berries aside for garnish. Puree the remaining blackberries.
2.
Whisk the quark, milk, honey and lime juice together until smooth then stir in the blackberry puree and pour into glasses. Whip the cream until stiff and spoon some on top of each blackberry cream. Serve garnished with a reserved blackberry.
